Tent Rental
A tent wedding in Southwest Florida can be as unique or as traditional as you and your fiance’ would like. Everything can be included under a tent for your big day! Tables and chairs, linens, dance floors, food tables, portable bars, heat/air conditioning and lighting. We even have portable restrooms to make it a complete personalized venue. Except for extremely high winds, a tent is safe from the elements that could ruin a wedding that was planned to be out in the open.
One unique aspect of All Event Party Rental is our no cost/no obligation to visit your site and help you decide on size of tent and the location where the tent could be placed on the property. After the initial “site survey” we produce a color printout showing placement of tent, tables, dance floor and lighting. This really helps with planning and to give a “visual” to your Naples event months before.
Canopy Rental
A canopy rental is also an option, but not as sturdy as a tent. Canopies can only be installed on grassy areas. They cannot have lighting, because there is not a frame inside canopies. It’s also best not to chance weather on your big day….a canopy is only meant to shade and protect from very light rain.
Our service at All Event Party Rental does not end at the decision whether or not to rent a tent for your wedding! We have linens of all colors and fabrics, centerpieces, china, flatware and glasses. We have cake-stands, serving trays and food presentation items. Call for other ideas and suggestions!
